Tally's Take
Why this matters
Pass 01 Africa & Middle East. Farmhouse brewery on a former mango plantation outside Nsawam. Brewed with over 70% un-husked local grains; recipes developed with a Belgian university using broken rice in place of malted barley which cannot be sourced in Ghana. Launched into the Ghanaian market October 2022.
