Status: HISTORICAL / RECENT NANO BREWERY PROJECT — CURRENT SITE UNCONFIRMED. Ownership as recorded: Founders and historical physical self-brewing are proven. Current operator, legal entity and brewhouse status remain unresolved.. 2018 Bremen reporting documents Wolter and Bergmann brewing their own beer in Walle in a rented former truck-wash hall and seeking fermentation/storage tanks to commercialize the project. Meininger's CRAFT likewise described them brewing directly beside Brolters' warehouse. Untappd has fresh 2026 consumption activity, but that does not prove a currently operating brewhouse or current production address. [Germany Pass 75]
