Tiger for two years, City for eight, one business throughout. SFU models both names on a single continuity row and the archive follows it rather than splitting a decade-long brewery into two short ones. Ten years put it comfortably ahead of most of its 1880s contemporaries here — Victoria's Empire Brewery managed two.
