Status: ACTIVE / REVIVED HOUSE BREWERY / BREWPUB. Ownership as recorded: Current Wasserburg site identifies the operation as a Betriebsstätte of Gansloser GmbH. Exact acquisition/lease date, beneficial ownership and precise modern brewing-restart date remain UNKNOWN.. Current first-party Wasserburg material says its own house brewery opened in 1993, experienced interruptions and operator changes, and is now in a new chapter with beer again central to the property. The current beer page lists six draft beers. This is a distinct physical brewery at the Wasserburg and is not the same entity/site as DE-BRW-280 BrauSerei Gommern at Gewerbepark 1. First-party history also separates the modern Burgbrauerei from the nineteenth-century Döring brewery rather than claiming direct business continuity. [Germany Pass 79]
