Reputable 2026 profile says company was founded ten years earlier and physical brewery/taproom opened eight years earlier at Gabreski Airport industrial park; records founders Brian Sckipp and John Salvaggio, brewer Mike Rizzo, canning/distribution history and 2025 TAP NY Riptide Gold. Opened year recorded 2018; company founding circa 2016 retained in notes, not substituted for brewery opening. Owners Brian Sckipp and John Salvaggio were longtime friends before brewing; 2024 feature states brewery opened in 2016 with Jetty Four lager, Hurricane IPA and Irish Eyes milk stout.
