Type: Brewpub group / brand; production relationship changed. Ownership as recorded: PARTIAL RESOLUTION. Brewpubs remain active. Dec. 2025 reporting said the 727 E. Osie production facility would close and packaged production move to Walnut River; WBC's current locations page still lists the production site, so physical-site closure completion is UNCONFIRMED.
