Status: ACTIVE. Current first-party team page identifies Henning Freese and Garrit Freitag as managing directors. Exact shareholding/legal entity remains to be captured; do not equate managing-director role with full ownership without registry evidence. Current Neumünster craft brewery in a former textile-factory industrial complex at Wrangelstraße 12. First-party history says planning began in spring 2017 and the brewery officially opened in early 2018 as the first brewery in Neumünster since 1986.
