Summary

Local name: 燕京啤酒（仙桃）有限公司. Beijing Yanjing Beer Co., Ltd. HISTORICAL / closed production brewery. Xiantao city media in 2026 describes the Yanjing beer factory as already shut when brewer He Wentao joined Kumbat in Feb. 2024. Yanjing's 2025 financial report still carries the Xiantao company investment, so preserve the distinction: production site closed, legal/company interest not assumed dissolved.
