The character

The province that grows a large share of the malting barley the rest of this archive brews with, and keeps comparatively little of the brewing for itself. Saskatoon and Regina carry most of what there is, with Swift Current out on the Trans-Canada. Great Western in Saskatoon is the outlier and the anchor — an employee-owned brewery that exists because workers bought the plant when a multinational tried to shut it. Coverage here is thin and we know it.
